The 3 story 170 square metre rental villa is conveniently located in Choulakia (Fanari) on Mykonos, just 5 minutes from the port, with a magnificent view of the sea. It is a 10 minutes drive from the mainland of the Island and only 5 minutes from an organized beach (Agios Stefanos).

The main house has 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.
There is also a guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen.
The villa has a large veranda, a garden, a wood oven, a fixed dining table, barbecue facilities and parking.

Mykonos has a very cosmopolitian feel, with plenty of night-life to be found, with plenty of nightclubs, bars and tavernas. It's beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear sea are also major draws for beach lovers and those who enjoy getting wet through a wide variety of water sports and swimming.
