It’s an 8-minute drive from the chic boutiques and glamorous nightspots of downtown Mykonos, or a 4-minute drive from the village of Ornos where all necessary supermarkets, newsvendors, and pharmacies can be found, to reach the southernmost tip of the island named Glyfadi.

THE VILLA

Here, situated on a gently sloping hillside overlooking a serene cove with a secluded beach, is our villa with its magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding Aegean and the nearby islands of Naxos and Paros, giving an observer the feeling that time is standing still.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The house has two levels: on the top are 2 bedrooms with double beds, the Master Bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, the other with an adjoining toilet/shower room plus 2 terraces overlooking the sea.

A sweeping stairway leads to the lower level, where we find a large living room with fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.
Adjoining the living area is an independent room with large closets and a sofa which can be turned into a double bed to sleep 2 more people. Also on the lower floor is a third bathroom, plus a utility room with washing machine and electric steam iron.

All windows on both levels have lovely views of the surrounding sea and landscape. The house is equipped with a stereo system, TV in the living room and both bedrooms, and Satellite TV upon request at an extra charge.

Incoming phone calls and faxes are freely available, but outgoing calls only for stays of over one month, by special arrangement.

The spacious front terrace has a bamboo pergola for shade from the sunlight and a large wooden rotonda table, ideal for breakfast-with-a-view, and of course, for dining outdoors in the summer while watching reflections of moonlight on the Aegean sea. By the way, whenever you don't feel like preparing your own meals, there are a number of tavernas and barbecues you can call for home delivery.

MYKONOS AREA INFORMATION

A walk of about a hundred-and-fifty meters takes you down to our secluded beach, accessible only by tenants of the few villas situated on our small complex. It’s also a one-minute drive down, but you have to park several meters before the beach area.

There are a dozen or so other excellent beaches on the island worth visiting, from Kalafati to Super Paradise, each one unique in atmosphere and facilities, including several nudist areas. Also, there are daily excursions across by boat from the main port of Mykonos to the mythical island of Delos.

Ours may not be a luxury villa, but it's a stylish island home in traditional Cyclades style, lovingly decorated, where you can let go and relax in a comfortable environment with a unique view that will revitalize your senses. We’re certain your stay here will remain unforgettable.
